Project overview
We recently completed the construction of this large, bespoke porch for a client in Totham, Essex.
The project began with building a sturdy, short outer brick wall which served as the foundation for the main structure. We then introduced high-quality oak timbers to complete the framework, giving the porch its substantial, classic look.
For the roofing, we installed a tiled roof featuring very neat and expertly executed lead work to ensure a perfect, watertight connection with the existing property. To completely weather-proof the porch, stylish glazing was fitted between each oak post, alongside the installation of a new, secure front door.
The finishing details elevated the space: the interior was completed with a plastered and decorated ceiling that included integrated spotlights, along with custom windowsills and durable flooring. On the exterior, we installed up-and-down outdoor lighting.
