Carlec were recommended to us for the complete refurbishment of our newly purchased 3 story sea front property. The whole building needed to be stripped out and modernised. As this was something had experience of it could have been a very daunting and stressful experience. Working with Carlec however was an absolute pleasure. From the start we had a schedule of work and a timetable. Even though the timetable was tight (we wanted to be in before Christmas) everything was completed to deadline and cost. Any suggested work in addition to the contract was always discussed costed and agreed beforehand and I would add that where Carl made suggestions they were always spot on and we have been glad of them. From the outset it was clear that the project was being carried out in a thoroughly professional manner. The site was always organised an clean and we were amazed that on occasion the contractors sometimes worked weekends to maintain the schedule. The most important point though is that all of the work was to the highest standard.
